We took a little weekend trip to Jackson Hole and on the way there we came across a semi truck, filled with bags of Idaho potatoes off the side of the road.
We pulled over and realized there was no one there--just a sign with a box that said Potatoes, $10 per 50 lb bag. Please put your money in the box.
You mean there are people who still trust others? And there must be lots of honest people who put their money in the box or they wouldn't keep doing business this way, right?
Kinda warmed my heart.

Dernit! Wished you'da called me! LOVE those potatoes.
I would've liked some for canning! Perhaps next time!
You should have loaded the trunk and brought them home and sold them for $15.00. You could have made a profit. By the way, it's been a long time since I've been called a fetcher. Thank you.
Just like your friends've said, "Free taters fer Outa-Staters!"
